Plant for the production of thermal insulation materials

On April 16, was launched the second technological line at the ECOVER plant (a structural division of JSC Uralasbest, Asbest, Sverdlovsk Region), which more than doubled the company's capacity from 45 to 94 thousand tons of products per year. The total investment in the project amounted to 4.5 billion rubles, 2.5 for the first line and 2 billion for the second.

First production line

Total area of buildings and structures: – 38500 sq.m.,
Including: main production building – 15780 sq.m., other buildings – 5000 sq.m.

Annual productivity: First production line – 47000 tons per year;

Completion years: 1st phase – 2010, 2nd phase – January 2012.

Second production line

Total area: 2383,1 sq.m.

Total area of buildings and structures: 4804,8 sq.m.,

Annual productivity: Second production line – 47000 tons per year;

Период строительства:  May 2013 – September-October 2014.
