Stroy-Zakazchik offers the services of a Technical Customer, including construction supervision.  Our company exist on a construction services market since January 2002. Over 20 years of work, our company has implemented more than 450 projects in Yekaterinburg, Kamensk-Uralsky, Kamensky district and Sverdlovsk region, starting from small shops to shopping malls, residential buildings, logistics and manufacturing factories.

• Gaining and preparing of initial data for design of construction objects (land reservation, feasibility studies, technical conditions for connection of engineering communications, construction passport, etc.). 
• Preparation of technical assignment. 
• Technical support of design stage (control over design and estimate documentation, coordination of design and estimate documentation in the prescribed manner, transfer documentation to the state expertise for approval, as well as to a General contractor).
• Registration of permits for construction and reconstruction, control over the timing of an issued technical conditions for connection of engineering communications.
• Preparation of construction site (relocation of citizens, removal of organizations from buildings to be demolished or reconstructed, resolving of other issues related to a preparation of a construction sites for work.).
• Organization of construction management.
